Interested in selling or consigning your item with Double Clutched?

To consign with us please send an email to hello@Doubleclutchedlv.com  and we will send you a submission form for your item or items.

Below are the terms and conditions for selling or consigning with Double Clutched:

  • Please complete the form with as much detail as possible about your item. Providing thorough and accurate information allows us to give you the most precise estimate. All estimates are subject to change if any details were not disclosed in the form but are discovered upon receipt of the item (including, but not limited to, odors, stains, scratches, or other flaws).
  • After submitting the form, you will receive an email with our offer price. You will have the option to choose between a buyout or consignment payout. A buyout means you are paid immediately after the item has been authenticated. A consignment payout is issued on the 10th of the month following the sale of your item (for example, if your item sells in December, payment will be initiated on January 10th). Payments options are PayPal or Zelle.
  • Buyouts are always offered on a 50/50 split. Consignment follows a tiered commission structure; please refer to the table below for full details.
  • If you choose the consignment option, you agree to a 90-day consignment term. If the item does not sell within that period, we will contact you to discuss either returning the item or marking it down. If you choose to have the item returned, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Once you accept our estimate, you may drop off your item in person if you are local. Please notify us in advance so we can schedule a drop-off appointment. If you prefer to ship your item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Upon receiving your item, we will conduct a secondary evaluation to confirm that all details match the information provided in the form. If adjustments to the offer are necessary, we will contact you with an updated price. If you decline the revised offer, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you accept, we will proceed with our standard process.
  • All items are authenticated upon receipt. Double Clutched maintains a strict anti-counterfeit policy. Authentication is completed prior to any payout. If an item is determined to be inauthentic, a $100 fee will be charged and the item will be destroyed. Items deemed inauthentic will not be returned under any circumstances, as they were submitted with the intent to sell.
  • Once your item has been authenticated, you will be notified and payment will be issued via Zelle or PayPal based on the agreed-upon offer.

        $501 - $2200 You will receive 60% of the sale

        $2201 and up  You will receive 70% of the sale
